My story
I have come through many life challenges and endeavors, by the grace of God. I hope to experience even more with the love, peace, and joy of expressing and sharing my trials and gifts with you. I am a mother of two, a warrior, and a wife that has been married and divorced.
I am an Entrepreneur, Author, Life Coach, Minister, Public Speaker, and medical professional. I have been graced with many talents and the ability to live in service of Christ. I am here to use my life experiences, both good and bad, to help inspire the world to live and not just survive.
Why a ram in a bush
In Genesis 22, Abraham climbs the mountain with no way forward, and God has already caught a ram in the thicket. The provision was there before the need was ever spoken.
That is how I understand my own life. I am not the source of the help — I am how it arrives. The speaking, the coaching, the podcast, the book and the community work are not six businesses. They are six ways the same provision reaches somebody who has run out of road.
I want people to know God has sent me as a ram in a bush through all these services of help.
How I work with people
I empower men and women to move beyond trauma and pursue lives of fulfillment, peace, and resilience through personalized mental, spiritual, and emotional coaching.
I do not believe movement is always the answer. Emotions, pressure and limited options can make the wisest direction hard to recognise. When I cannot see a good direction, I would rather stand still, pray and wait than decide because I feel pressured to do something.
Sometimes resilience is taking the next brave step. Sometimes it is refusing to move until wisdom arrives. I am not someone who has always made perfect decisions, and I would rather stand beside you than talk down to you.
Rosa is a Registered Life Coach. The work is coaching and faith-grounded support — not therapy or psychological treatment.
RAM Management
RAM Management is the company behind everything here. It came from a place of hope, and its goal is to inspire others to reach their own. I started RAMM and other businesses from the ground up, and it is what allows this work to support my family and carry my ministry at the same time.
I write as R. A. Busayo. The podcast and the YouTube channel are Rosa Speaks. Different names, one person, one purpose.
